OTB's ACC Power Poll: ACC Positional Rankings-RBs

FWIW, I'm kinda boring and think Dwyer and Spiller are both great backs who deserve respect...I know, not sensational enough(also notice classy Furman fan to Spiller's left).

Hard to not put the ACC at the top of conferences with running backs. Dwyer, Cooper, Spiller, Scott, Evans(though looking in the rear view and seeing Williams), and many more are a gang of special talents. Is your team ranked too low–drop a comment on where they should be in relation to the other eleven members…thanks for your readership!

Not bad OTB, but I’d have to rank FSU higher. You’re low balling the talent there… I’ll have something on my site tomorrow.

And that’s ok, NoleCC, I realize that there could be some disagreement here. There’s no weak teams at RB in the ACC this season. FSU find themselves that low because they lose Smith and the rest of the ACC returns a lot of quality talent. FSU has some players, but I just like 7 other teams’ talent a little better. Thanks for the comment, NoleCC.
On The B. Rink Dismissed FSU RB’s said,
[...] Blog On The B. Rink came out with his power rankings for the ACC running backs and FSU ranks a mere 8th. [...]

I really like your site.
I think the big difference for UNC’s running game is Jamal Womble and what he brings to the table this season. He brings extra depth to the RB position, and his style of running seems to combine the best traits of both Draughn and Houston. Then again, we won’t really know until the season starts.
