You’re right Tom – there was a world of difference from the GT/Miami and NC State/BC games.

But for the majority of the second half, the Wolfpack weren’t exactly blowing away a 12-seed. But either way, I agree – they’re not off the bubble and have to come to play today.

I’m sorry, did we watch the same NCSU/BC game yesterday? In the game I saw, NC State started the game with a 14-0 run, never allowed BC to close the gap to less than 6 points, and won by 21 points.

Miami needed almost 30 minutes to get the lead and keep it, and that was against a team that scored the least number of points in ACC tournament history. You can describe that game as a struggle, but not State’s. I’m not saying State’s off the bubble, but one bubble team did quite a bit better than the other yesterday.

Nice write up. Agree with Manning as player of the game, but I would have given honorable mention to Baumann. His 4 punts inside the 10 were huge. I think the heels only crossed mid field twice

You cane fans seem to forget the pounding FSU gave the Canes. I have been a Cane fan since the 70s. But the last few years, they have been a disaster with harris and shannon and the coaching staff. Not in shape, no discipline, no character to play every play for the full 60 minutes. YEs, I have played football, on the field for the full game, lost 15 pounds a game or practice. The prima donnas of the Canes do not know what hard work is.
